Students Empowering Students
Many of us are on campus to obtain a higher education, as students we have additional physical and mental health needs that can come with the added stresses of school and family. We all have unique experiences and skills that can be utilized to empower fellow students. You may be a licensed Yoga instructor, a runner, a swimmer, a dietitian, a motivational speaker, a counselor, a bodybuilder, a veteran or someone that has gone through rough times in their life and would like to help others by sharing your time or talents. No matter what your abilities are, your fellow students need you to step-up and be the empowerment and motivation they are looking for.
